Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as « GTC ») govern sales made on the AméPearls website, operated by AMD International Group SRL. They apply to all orders placed by a consumer or a professional, in accordance with Belgian and European law on distance selling.

The AméPearls website offers for sale jewelry and cultured pearls from Tahiti, produced in accordance with Polynesian traditions.
3. Products and Availability
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest care. Each piece of AméPearls jewelry is unique. The photographs are illustrative but faithful to the products offered. In the event that a product is unavailable after the order has been validated, the customer will be informed promptly and may request a full refund or replacement with an equivalent product.
4. Ordering and validation
Any order placed on the AméPearls website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. Once the order has been validated and the payment confirmed, the customer will receive a summary confirmation email. AMD International Group SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or non-payment.
5. Price and payement terms
The prices indicated are in euros, all taxes included (incl. Tax). Delivery costs are specified before the final validation of the order. Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal, in a secure way. The order is considered effective only after validation of the payment.
6. Delivery and deadlines
The jewellery in the AméPearls catalogue is in stock in Belgium and shipped to Europe within an average of 5 to 10 working days. When the stock is exhausted or it is a made-to-order creation, the jewelry is shipped from French Polynesia, with an average delay of 15 to 20 working days depending on the destination.
Each piece of jewelry is delivered in a refined case, ready to offer or keep like a treasure. The official AméPearls website is the proof of authenticity of the jewelry, certified and coming exclusively from the Polynacre pearl farm and our local authorized artist.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its complete packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
8. Returns and refunds
In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer is invited to contact AméPearls within 5 days of receiving the jewel. An exchange or refund will then be offered after evaluation. Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
9. Liability
AMD International Group SRL shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or for any delay in delivery beyond its control. The products offered comply with the Belgian legislation in force. AméPearls cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the products purchased.
10. Data protection (GDPR)
The personal data collected during orders is used only for the management of purchases, deliveries and customer service. They are not resold to third parties under any circumstances. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any request can be sent to: contact@amepearls.com.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the competent court will be that of the registered office of AMD International Group SRL, in Belgium.
