Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery times and zones  

AméPearls delivers its jewelry in Europe and internationally. Our jewellery from the AméPearls catalogue is in stock in Belgium and shipped within 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination. 

When the stock is exhausted or it is a made-to-order creation, manufacturing and Delivery are carried out from French Polynesia, with an average time of 10 to 20 working days. These times may vary slightly depending on the periods of artisanal production and international transport. 

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged, ready to offer or keep as a treasure. 

2. Delivery Mode and Tracking 

Orders are shipped by secure carrier (Post Office, DHL, UPS or equivalent), with a tracking number communicated as soon as they are shipped. Order tracking is sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of purchase. 

The delivery costs are clearly indicated before the order is validated. AméPearls cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers. 

3. Receipt and verification 

Upon receipt of the package, the customer is requested to check the condition of the product and the packaging. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing or damaged jewel) must be reported to contact@amepearls.com within 5 working days of delivery, with supporting photos. 

4. Returns and Exchanges 

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of return, without justification. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, in its complete packaging.

Return Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless we make an error or a defective product). Personalised or custom-made products are not returned or exchanged, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. 

All returns must be validated in advance by e-mail to contact@amepearls.com . 

5. Reimbursements 

Once the return has been received and verified, AméPearls will proceed with the reimbursement within a maximum of 14 working days, according to the original method of payment.
